We do not replace or exchange the books you have purchased. Books can be returned only under the following conditions:

1. If the package received in a damaged condition
2. If the company has supplied a wrong book
3. If there is a genuine defect in the book, and the customer does not want the book then  customer has to pay restocking fees 15% plus shipping
4. Please allow fourteen to fifteen days for the delivery of the books in certain conditions.
